We have an exciting opportunity to join our Business Intelligence Team as a Business Intelligence Manager.
The Business Intelligence (BI) Team is responsible for the design and delivery of analysis and reporting that provide value and insight across the group. The team is responsible for providing reliable and accurate reporting across all areas, enabling the business to make informed decisions and to meet its ongoing regulatory requirements. The BI Manager role will report to the Head of Data & Analytics and has dual responsibilities comprising of managerial responsibilities for the BI Developers, as well as hands-on analysis and development of robust BI reporting solutions.
This role is a key role and you will be required to work closely with the business to understand their reporting needs and to ensure that the design and build of dashboards provides the business with actionable insights.
You will improve the way in which we make data available and promote self-serve reporting by developing dashboards that engage with the audience and work with stakeholders to identity and create reports in a Microsoft environment.
Your experience of a SQL Server data warehouse environment, TSQL querying knowledge, the full MS BI stack (SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS) is essential and experience of predictive analysis would be really beneficial.
You will lead by example and motivate a team of developers, supporting their development and prioritisation of workloads, ensuring timeliness and quality of output, in addition to providing strategic direction and setting development standards to ensure a consistent approach.
