An excellent opportunity has arisen for 2 hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to carry out all aspects of joinery work. The successful candidates will carry out reactive and minor planned repair works for the Groups Internal and External customers.
Your main focus will be the delivery of a customer focused, high quality service that meet the needs of our customers and the achievement of operational objectives and performance targets that drive continuous improvements and achieve high standards of customer care and satisfaction.
You should be self-motivated, able to demonstrate that you can work to targets and under pressure together with administrative, organisational and communication skills.
You will be qualified to NVQ level 3/City and guilds or Time served together with a full, valid driving licence.

Duties and responsibilities
Duties include:
1. All types of joinery works for internal and external customers
2. Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and all relevant legislation and codes of practice.
3. Ensuring that appointments are kept and repairs are carried out promptly within appropriate time scales.
4. Completing job tickets electronically relating to materials and time spent on job.

Hours of work are 39 per week and you may also be required to participate in the out-of-hours duty rota within Property Services.
