We have an existing opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our in-house legal team.
You will report to the Legal Director and will work on a day to day basis with other members of the team to provide assistance and support on individual property transactions and as part of the wider legal service function to the Group.
Work will range from assisting with property transactions across all areas of legal service provided to the Group, including acquisitions, sales (including RTB/RTA), leases and working alongside external legal firms. The work is a mixture of residential, commercial and development.
The role presents an opportunity to gain excellent hands on in-house legal experience.
You will:
Experience in the housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
