If you didn’t know, Progress Lifeline has been delivering personal alarm and telecare services for over 28 years. They help people to maintain their independence in their homes by offering telecare solutions and a 24/7 response service which gives customers and their families peace of mind. The lifeline business is part of Progress Housing Group and one of the growing areas during these unusual times.
The Service Delivery Manager for Referrals and Installations will lead, motivate and develop the team leaders responsible for the administration, installation and stock control process for Progress Lifeline.
You might describe yourself as a people manager who wants to guide other team leaders in their careers. You will be comfortable managing various team leaders as you are with administration support staff and our frontline installers. You’ll be interested in the details, service level agreements, Management Information, stock control are all tools in your box of skills and experience.
You will have lead in a service delivery environment and are eager to share your experience with a new team, review current practices and make an impact on performance. Any knowledge about telecare, adult social care or vulnerable customers is a bonus but not essential.
Our team leaders, installers and administration support colleagues are ready and waiting for your proactive approach, feedback and contribution. Change management experience is beneficial but your self-motivation and behaviours are more important to us.
