An exciting opportunity exists for an Income Collection Officer to work within the Supported Living Team providing high quality arrears recovery service.
WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
We are looking for a person who is passionate about delivering customer focused services with an understanding of the needs of tenants with learning disabilities and mental health.
This is an important role within the team and the successful candidate must have excellent numeracy, administration, communication and organisational skills along a solution focused approach. You will be committed to providing a great customer service.
