We are pleased to share this fantastic opportunity to join our Development Team due to our growth and expanding our services across the business. This is a full time position required for 36.25 hours per week. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Development Managers, Clerk of Works, Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, Development Administrator and gain strong links across the business for expert support in compliance, legal, assets, lettings and finance.
Our development focus includes land-led opportunities, package deals and s106 opportunities. The development officer will support the development managers on these schemes and be the key link between contractors, solicitors, architects, employers agents, clerks of work, local authorities and Homes England.
WHAT WILL THE RIGHT PERSON LOOK LIKE?
In this fast paced environment, we are looking for someone with drive to work collaboratively internally and externally and proven experience in delivering an exceptional service and meeting development programme targets. Due to the cross-functional nature of our team, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have knowledge of housing development and of snagging and defect management in new build properties. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft applications, and be able to work with varied projects and to tight deadlines. You will have a passion for offering excellent services and take pride in delivering high quality projects.
