The Role
At Progress we are always looking for ways in which we can improve the level of service we offer to our customers. To help us we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated person to join our Contact Centre team based in Leyland on a full time, permanent basis.
The post holder will deliver exceptional customer service through our social media platforms and work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure first contact resolution to customer enquiries received via our online channel. The post holder will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of people providing a first class customer service.
